Our goal in rehabilitation is to help each patient become as independent as possible. We offer specialized treatment programs for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, COPD, amputation and orthopedic injury. Our rehabilitation programs are centered on the individual needs of each patient to improve health, function and quality of life. Our Hospital offers specialized therapy, rehab-trained nursing care, rehabilitation physician involvement and disease state management tailored to our patient population. Together we discuss realistic goals and develop an interdisciplinary approach to meet these goal.
